Pre-Buy Program

Pay the full amount now and lock in your propane price (Auto-Fill Customers) at $1.699 PER GALLON or lock in your propane price (Will-Call Customers) at $1.749 PER GALLON (plus sales tax and compliance fees, if applicable). If you pre-purchase propane but do not take delivery by April 30th, 2010, any credit balance on your account will be applied toward future deliveries at the rates in effect at that time or you can receive a refund if you contact us to request one. (You cannot carry over the fixed price to the next season. If you need more gallons than you pre-purchased, additional gallons will be priced at the market price at the time of delivery.)

Price Cap

For a one-time non-refundable fee of $53.00 (tax included), your propane price (Auto-Fill Customers) will not exceed $1.799 PER GALLON or, (Will-Call Customers) $1.849 PER GALLON (plus sales tax and compliance fees, if applicable) between the time you sign up and April 30th, 2010. (In order to qualify for this plan, you must have a tank size of four hundred seventy-five gallons or greater and all deliveries must be paid for within thirty days.)

Budget

This plan takes out the guesswork and lets you lock into a fixed price of $1.799 and a fixed monthly payment for the 2009-2010 heating season. Enroll by July 17th, 2009 and make ten, even monthly payments beginning on July 20th, 2009 and ending with your last payment on April 20th, 2010.

By checking the Terms of Agreement box for the Price Protection Agreement, I hereby understand that I am entering into a contract with Altogas and agreeing to purchase propane under the pricing plan and delivery terms that I have selected above, beginning at the time of sign up through April 30th, 2010. Excess pre-purchase payments will be refunded after the agreement end date at my request; otherwise the money will remain as a credit on my account to be used toward subsequent propane purchases at current market prices. I agree that if my account is not paid in full within thirty days from the date of propane delivery or I miss (2) consecutive budget payments that I will be removed from my price protection program without refunds and future deliveries will be at Altogas' current market rates. Regulatory compliance charges, local, state or any other government imposed fees or taxes per gallon are not included in the above contract prices.
